Strategically positioned Exhibition booths of various sizes are located within the heart of the Conference venue, providing unparalleled exposure and access to delegates.

Applying for a Booth
Select your preferred three exhibition booth locations from the map, Complete the Application Form and forward it along with your deposit to the Conference Secretariat address provided. The balance of all outstanding accounts must be paid for in full 30 days after booking.
What will your booth include?

• A fascia board with your company name.
• One skirted trestle table and chair.
• One 5 Amp power supply.
• Two spotlights.
• All closed wall panels are covered in a frontrunner fabric and all open sides are supported by a fascia board and supporting side.
• Depending on location selection: 3m x 2m OR, 4m x 1.5m OR, 2m x 2m or 2m x 1m floor space.
  

What will you receive as a booth exhibitor?

• Company listing in the Conference Program.
• One full registration to sessions on Thursday and Friday and social functions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
• One Conference satchel including delegate listing.
• One parking bay allocation from Wednesday to Friday.
