The Waste & Recycle 2008 Conference is once again attempting to be a carbon neutral event. The Conference will purchase Greenhouse Friendly approved carbon offsets provided by the Southern Metropolitan Regional Council to counter the carbon emissions that have been produced by the event this event, as well taking various measures to reduce its environmental impact.
Delegate’s emissions have been estimated. We wish to encourage each attendee to contribute by offsetting the carbon emissions generated by their attendance. Monies generated will go directly to offsetting emissions for the Conference.
All registrants who participate will also be recognised as a carbon neutral delegate on their name badge.
Payment of fees must accompany all Registration Forms. Registrations will not be processed until payment is received. Registration and payment can be made by the following methods:
To be entitled to an early registration rate you are required to submit your completed Registration Form along with the required payment to the Conference Secretariat no later 1st August 2008. After this date full registration fees will be applicable.
You will be sent a confirmation letter acknowledging your registration and associated requirements in accordance with your Registration Form. You will not receive any further notice before the Conference. You will receive the final Program and list of delegates on arrival at the Conference.
Cancellations of registration must be made in writing and forwarded to the Conference Secretariat.
The cancellation policy for the Conference is:
All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference. No refund will be given for non-attendance at the event.
