Participating in the 2008 Waste and Recycle Conference as either a Sponsor or Exhibitor offers you excellent business networking opportunities.
The Conference will attract over 350 industry delegates, all of whom will network over the Conference duration in the ideal surrounds of the Fremantle Esplanade Hotel Convention Centre’s Sponsors and Exhibition Area.
The Sponsors and Exhibition Area will remain the focal point of the Conference.
Internal Exhibitor opportunities
Not only do Exhibitors get the opportunity to network with hundreds of captive industry professionals, you also get to choose your preferred booth location; but only if you act promptly. A total of 38 strategically positioned Internal Exhibition booths are located within the heart of the Conference venue providing unparalleled exposure and access to Conference delegates. External Exhibition Opportunities (The Big Stuff)
In addition to the internal exhibition the 2008 Conference will incorporate for the first time an External Exhibition comprising some 28 hard stand sites of various sizes where exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase larger items of plant and equipment that have relevance to the waste management industry. See pages 4 and 5 of the pdf for further information.
Please note: internal exhibition booths and external sites will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Potential exhibitors are urged to complete the Application Form (pages 7 and 8) and forward it along with the applicable deposit at the earliest opportunity to secure your preferred location(s).

Venue
The Waste and Recycle 2008 Conference returns to the Convention Centre of the exquisite Esplanade Hotel, Fremantle. A 4.5 star hotel, The Esplanade offers luxurious accommodation with views of the Fishing Boat Harbour—all just a short stroll from Fremantle’s famous markets and cappuccino strip.
