Gold Sponsor

$13,500 + GST Maximum of two packages only
  • Your company logo placed onto the cover of the Conference Registration brochure.
  • Prominent recognition of your company logo on all additional promotional material including the Conference Program and Conference Proceedings.
  • Two (2) inserts of literature placed into the Conference satchels.
  • Two (2) complimentary registrations (including all normal entitlements) to attend the Thursday and Friday sessions.

Silver Sponsor

$8,000 + GST
  • One (1) complimentary indoor exhibition booth space.
  • One (1) complimentary parking bay from Tuesday to Friday.

Conference Dinner Sponsor

$8,200 + GST
  • Recognition of your company logo on selected promotional material including the Conference Program.
  • Logo placement on all Conference Dinner tickets distributed to all attendees.
  • Verbal acknowledgement at the Conference Dinner.
  • Opportunity for a 5 minute speech during the evening.
  • Option to supply one ‘trinket’ for each place setting at the Dinner.
  • One (1) insert of literature placed into the Conference satchels.
  • Opportunity to place committee approved banners into the Conference Dinner venue. (Banners to be supplied by the sponsor and positioning to be confirmed by the Committee.)

 

Tropical Cocktail Function Sponsor

$5,300 + GST
  • Recognition of your company logo on selected promotional material including the Conference Program.
  • Logo placement on all Function tickets distributed to all attendees.
  • Verbal acknowledgement by the Convenor.
  • Opportunity for a 5 minute speech during the evening.
  • One (1) insert of literature placed into the Conference satchels.
  • Opportunity to place committee approved banners into the Cocktail venue. (Banners to be supplied by the sponsor and positioning to be confirmed by the Committee.)

Welcome Reception Sponsor

$4,100 + GST
  • Recognition of your company logo on selected promotional material including the Conference Program.
  • Verbal acknowledgement at the Welcome Reception.
  • One (1) insert of literature placed into the Conference satchels.
  • Opportunity to place committee approved banners into the Welcome Reception venue. (Banners to be supplied by the sponsor and positioning to be confirmed by the Committee.)

 

Cappuccino Stall Sponsor or Fresh Juice Stall Sponsor

$3,000 + GST each
  • The Stall distinctively recognizable as being sponsored by your organisation.
  • All coffee or juice tickets (placed within each exhibition booth) to display your logo.

Please note: The Coffee Stall is operational from Wednesday morning to 4.00 pm Friday.

 

Satchel Sponsor

$2,000 + GST
  • In order to reduce the Conference’s carbon footprint each registrant will be provided with the official Conference tote made from recycled paper. Each bag will be printed with both the Conference logo and satchel sponsor’s logo. As an alternative to the Conference tote, attendees are offered the option to upgrade to a specialised bag which will recognise the sponsor via a printed luggage tag.

Program Screen Sponsor

$1,500 + GST for each package
  • Throughout the event a plasma screen will be located in the Trade Exhibition opposite the Registration Desk. This will continually display the current program for the day. The sponsoring organisation will have their logo watermarked onto each program slide for the duration of the Conference. Additionally there is the option for the sponsoring company to utilise the space around and below the plasma screen for additional brand recognition.

 

Name Badge Sponsor

$1,500 + GST
  • Your company logo placed onto all 2007 Conference badges along with the Conference logo.

Evaluation and Door Prize Sponsors

$1,000 + GST for each package
  • Sponsoring organisations have the opportunity to sponsor one of several prizes that will be awarded through out the event. These prizes will be printed/engraved with your corporate brand and displayed at the registration desk until the time of the draw. Your organisation will also be recognised as a sponsor at the event within the Conference Program.

Proposed prizes include: an overnight Escape Package to Cape Lodge at Margaret River; travel DVD players; DVD gift packs; and Apple iPod nanos.

 

Pad or Pen Sponsor

$750 + GST for each package
  • Insertion of a pad or pen into the Conference satchel. All stock to be supplied by the sponsor and can display either your logo or company name.

 

Alternative Media Room

$500 + GST
  • Throughout the concurrent program on 12–14 September, various media productions will be shown in this room. The sponsor of this package will have the opportunity to place two company banners and literature into the Alternative Media Room. The company’s logo will also be printed on the Conference Program against the notation of this room.

Volunteer Sponsored Registration

$200 + GST (covers a one day registration)
  • Retirees, volunteers, students and the unwaged have an active role in our industry. Some who are not in a position to cover the standard registration fee could be eligible for a below cost registration, with the cost covered by this sponsorship. Multiple registrations from each organisation are welcomed.
  • All contributors are recognised by signage at the Conference within Sponsors and Exhibitors Areas.

 

Satchel Insert

$150 + GST
  • Insertion of one piece of literature (supplied by the sponsor) into the Conference satchel.

 

Sponsorship Cancellations

All sponsorship cancellations must be made in advance in writing, and are subject to fees.

  • All cancellations before 29 June 2007 will incur an cancellation fee of 50% of the sponsored item/s.
  • No refund will be given to cancellations requested on or after 29 June 2007.
