Planning in an Uncertain Climate

This year’s Waste & Recycle Conference will, for the first time, be working towards becoming carbon neutral.

Hosted by the Department of Environment and Conservation, the Western Australian Local Government Association and the Waste Management Association of Australia, this premier event has arranged to bring together five internationally renowned Keynote Speakers plus delegates from some of the world’s leading waste management organisations to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information that will assist delegates to move towards more coordinated methods of recycling and reuse of our products.

These strategies together with lessons learned and new implementation technologies will be reported upon at a time when the world’s attention and community expectation is focussed upon the environment credentials of the corporate sector. Expect new ideas on information that you can take away and implement.

The program has been created with flexibility in mind. We are offering you the opportunity to pick and mix from our keynote sessions, concurrent sessions, workshops and tours. This way your time is spent in the most effective manner.

In addition to this flexible program, we also have two trade exhibitions. Our Internal Trade Exhibition has increased to 38 booths and we also have the new Big Toys External Trade Exhibition for those who have to see the life-size versions!

The Waste & Recycle Conferences have been consistently referred to as the ‘must attend’ event in Western Australia. We urge you to register now via this form or utilise the eco friendly online registration form to secure your position and receive regular updated on the Conference Program.

We look forward to seeing you in September.
