Exhibitor Opportunities

 

Not only do Exhibitors get the opportunity to network with hundreds of captive industry professionals, you also get to choose your preferred booth location if you act promptly. A total of 38 strategically-positioned Exhibitor Booths are available—but you must act fast as booths are allotted on a first come, first served basis.

Once you have identified your preferred booth, complete the Application Form and forward a deposit of $500 plus GST.

Early Bird Rate

(on or before 29th June 2007)

$1818.18 + GST ($2000 incl. GST)

 

Applying for a booth

Choose your three preferred exhibition booth locations from the map below, complete the Application Form following and forward it and your deposit to the address provided. (The balance of all outstanding accounts must be paid for in full 30 days after booking.)

What will your booth include?

  • A fascia board with your company name.
  • One skirted trestle table and chair.
  • One double GPO power outlet.
  • Two spotlights.
  • All closed wall panels are covered in a frontrunner fabric and all open sides are supported by a truss system.
  • A 3 m x 2 m floor space.

What will you receive as a booth exhibitor?

  • Company listing in the Conference Program.
  • One full registration to sessions on Thursday and Friday and social functions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
  • One additional ticket to the social functions on the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
  • One Conference satchel including delegate listing.
  • One parking bay allocation from Tuesday to Friday.

Exhibition Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in advance in writing, and are subject to fees:

  • $500 plus GST if cancelled on or before 1 June 2007.
  • $1000 plus GST if cancelled on or before 29 June 2007.
  • No refunds if cancelled after 29 June 2007.

Set up and removal of Exhibition booths

  • Convenient ground floor access is provided from Collie Street directly into the Sponsorship and Exhibition Area.
  • Set up is permitted between 2.00pm and 5.00pm on Monday 10 September 2007.
  • Removal of booths is permitted between 4.00pm and 5.00pm on Friday 14 September 2007.

Additional personnel

All additional representatives can assist with the manning of your booth at a rate of $100.00 (+ GST) per person, per day. This fee will provide access to the trade floor, a name badge, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. All delegates receive daily refreshments in and around the Sponsorship and Exhibition Area. Fee does not include access to Conference sessions.

Please note: All delegates will be served their daily refreshments in and around the Sponsors and Exhibitors Area.
